Recognised as one of Wales’ fast-growth businesses

Over the past year, we’ve been working hard to sharpen what we do, reach new markets and build a business that’s ready for what comes next.

A big part of that journey has been the support we’ve received through the Accelerated Growth Programme (AGP) - Business Wales’ dedicated support service for high-growth SMEs.

Being identified as one of Wales’ fast-growth businesses was a real milestone for us. The AGP assesses businesses against key areas including scale, investment and export potential, so to be recognised in this way feels like genuine external validation of the direction we’re heading.

The support has been practical, focused and exactly what we needed at this stage. From refining our marketing and communications, to strengthening our offer and streamlining how the business operates, the programme has helped us take a step back, make better decisions and prepare properly for growth.

Access to specialist coaches through the AGP has also helped us shape not just where we are now, but where we want to go next.
