Four years in. New website live. We’re only getting started.

What started as something small has grown into a business we’re genuinely proud of. A specialist recruitment partner building a name in STEM, trusted by clients who need more than CVs in an inbox and supported by candidates looking for the right next move.

Over the last four years, we’ve placed more than 500 people into new roles.

That number matters to us. not because it’s a vanity metric, but because every placement represents a person taking the next step in their career, a business solving a hiring challenge, and a process that had to work properly for both sides.

Recruitment can be noisy. It can be transactional. It can sometimes feel more complicated than it needs to be. We’ve built Accelero to be different, make recruitment feel clearer, more effective and more human.

As we celebrate our fourth birthday, we’re also marking the occasion with the launch of our brand new website.

It gives a clearer picture of who we are, how we work and why clients choose us to recruit across STEM. It also includes live job listings, useful information for employers and candidates, and a first look at our refreshed brand.

For us, the new site is more than a visual update. It reflects where the business is now and where we’re heading next. Four years in, we’ve grown, sharpened our process, expanded our reach and built relationships we’re incredibly grateful for.
